Waiver Form

It is a requirement that all participants complete a waiver form to be able to use the Ninja Warrior Sydney course. This includes term classes, birthday parties, school holiday programs and school programs.

If a participant arrives without a completed waiver, they will be unable to use the course and no refund will be given.
